Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service We were planning to purchase flooring for our entire house and had high hopes walking into Iskalis in Gurnee. Excellent carpet buying experience at Iskalis American Floor Show. Everyone was very knowledgeable and professional, and welcomed our questions. We enjoyed working with Mason as he was very responsive throughout the process and worked with us to achieve our schedule. Both installation crews were excellent: professional, detailed, very efficient, and on-time...also clean with the install as the baseboard trim was in excellent condition after the carpet installation.
