We are looking to get new floors and had received a quote from iskalis. The person that came out was great however, we did not have the same experience at their showroom. We went in to look at the flooring samples and the person who was there did not seem interested in helping us. His attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly. After a 14 month unexpected renovation project, carpet from Iskalis was one of the last steps. I had gone there a few times over about a 9 month period, as I wasn’t sure if we were going to go with hardwood or carpet. Rob was the best, and I can’t recommend him enough. He is very experienced in this field and very knowledgeable. He told me my hardwood was very hard to come by, so we went with carpet. Eventually, Mason started helping us. He was great as well. John and Mason were very helpful. Made purchasing our new carpet very easy. Our carpet was quoted, purchased, and installed in under a week. We are very pleased with our experience!
