While the medical care is excellent, the office administration is highly frustrating. It is nearly impossible to reach a staff member for assistance. Calls are frequently placed on hold and then disconnected without resolution, and messages are left unreturned. This lack of communication feels dismissive and makes it difficult to justify staying with this practice.
My nurse practitioner Maddy was awesome today. I’ve been a patient at Nile for about two years now. I had to get my IUD removed and it ended up being a pretty uncomfortable process. She talked me through the whole time and it was very informative about next steps and options for continued birth control.
Had an annual with Madison Mims and it went well. She is attentive, nice and has a great bedside manner. Zero wait time. I was in and out within an hour.
Amazing experience with Ms. Sellers as always. Great location.
