Suffice it to say -do not use this clinic . They do not care about you. I cannot seem to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Called for days to try to make it right- by then I'd been without my meds for days. I walked away to a real Doctor who is not corporate owned-to be treated like a human being and not a number.

This facility has got to be the worst I have been going to them for nearly 3 years hoping there would be a change for the better. It is such a hassle every single time I need to call in for a refill when it comes time to my medication…. The staff puts you in a hold without even letting you know they’re sometimes rude. They don’t call back when you leave messages and when it comes time to getting the refill the provider doesn’t even respond as to why they are not refilling the prescription or don’t even reach out regarding it... read more

1)Referral office didn’t send request to Gynecologist as requested; 2)Cancelled Gynecologist office visit because of no referral being sent; 3)Talked to Deb at W.P.B. office and was told that the Specialist’s office had to send the referral request; 4) Called the Specialist office. Staff stated that they don't fax out referral requests; 5)Spoke with an insurance rep after this and we both got on the phone with the MyCareMedical coordinator.
