This place has one of the worse time management systems . We waited over an hour and the doctor was not even there. Does he think we come at 9 and he starts work whenever he feels like it ? Every time we go there they have a different excuse, my mum is old and sitting waiting and waiting it’s sad. Mum walked out twice , today was our last visit and mum said no I want to go home. Absolute joke!!! Waited more than 2 hrs for a 2 minute appointment that went no where. By the time I left there was no one at the front counter, it was dark out and they’d all gone home. The worst part was there were still people waiting to be seen. Sort your client management out, couldn’t organise a raffle in a chicken shop. I’ll be finding a new optometrist
