Always a great experience with Dr Yau and his testing is beyond what othe optometrist did for me.And Ricky helping me choose my glasses I drive all the way from the northside to this clinic .
I stopped by this clinic recently to ask the optometrist a question. However he was in a terrible mood and was yelling at his staff. He was acting like a 5 year old. I heard the medical clinic is owned by his parents, so it must be a lot of work to look after the clinic AND their son. I instead went to Millwoods Eye Care, and the optometrist was calm and competent.
Great optometrist and fantastic service.
Mr. Yau gave me a smooth and pleasant experience. Ricky was kind, the eye exam was clear and professional, and Ricky helped me choose the right lenses for my screen-heavy routine. My eyes feel more comfortable now.
Honestly I don't think this optometrist should be allowed to practice. Got weird vibes right off the bat and felt he rushed during the exam just because I was a walk-in. I was then only shown certain specific brands of frames and felt forced to buy without the chance to look around more. Felt misled on this. Stick to Zenni for glasses is a fraction of the price and way less hassle
