Poor service overall. First good luck getting your phone call answered. Second, the male optometrist rudely give me the prescription and handed to me in a poor manner. They gave better service to the customer ahead of us.
I had amazing experience at insight, Ricky was so kind and made my experience even better. He helped me pick out my new glasses which I am very happy with. I 100% recommend this place

I wish I could rank 0 stars. I had multiple bad experiences with this clinic and the optometrist. Complete lack of empathy and 0 communication skills, misdiagnosed my condition and then was defensive. He had other patients charts up on the screen when I was in the room which is a breach of patient confidentiality, contemplating reporting this to the college.
