I believe Frank is very knowledgeable, so my experience may be an aberration. My iPhone 6s had a cracked screen and a dying batter, so I brought it to Frank. He fixed the screen and replaced the battery with seemingly no problem, so I had him replace the battery in my wife's iPhone 6s Plus. After replacing the batter in the 6s Plus, the phone would not boot up. Frank told me to go to the Apple store to let them know there is a battery and software issue.
