This place feels like family. Between the coaches supporting and pushing you to go harder and heavier to the high fives and camaraderie between members. I LOVE this gym and look forward to going as much as possible!!
It was a Great and new experience and challenging. The coach Andrew was fun. I enjoyed working out with others sweating and catching our breaths.
Some of the hardest workouts, but the cold towel at the end makes it worth it
Member since May 2024! Great coaches! Workouts are always fun and different! Definitely see a difference between my overall strength and endurance! A must join!
