I’m so grateful I found ISI Elite Training! I used to shy away from this type of workout, but ISI has pushed me out of my comfort zone and helped me build real confidence. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the community creates a welcoming, personal training environment. No matter your fitness level, you feel included and motivated to challenge yourself. I truly appreciate the impact ISI has had on me.

I was at ISI for just under a year and only left due to a move. I cannot express enough how well-rounded ISI White Marsh is. The facility itself is always clean, set up, and welcoming to clients who are coming from a variety of lives. The staff at the facility are welcoming to all- they are so communicative and greet everyone with a smile or joke. The workouts are well planned and demonstrated. This place feels like family. Between the coaches supporting and pushing you to go harder and heavier to the high fives and camaraderie between members. I LOVE this gym and look forward to going as much as possible!!

It was a Great and new experience and challenging. The coach Andrew was fun. I enjoyed working out with others sweating and catching our breaths.
