Love getting coached by Kayla here at ISI! She’s super motivating and exactly the type of coach you’d want to take class with. ISI has an incredible facility, so super clean, and Cici at the front desk was amazing (thank you for the cool towel at the end, what a nice touch!) I would recommend this gym to anyone interested in any fitness level at all; while it is an intense workout you can definitely make modifications for beginners and build your way up. Thanks coach Kayla for a great class!
I’ve been an ISI member for about a year and a half, and I can honestly say it has changed my life. I joined when I was only 6 weeks postpartum. I was nervous, out of shape, and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up. Kaitlyn, EJ, and at the time Liv never let me doubt myself. Worked out here a few times and I had a great experience. I always thought working out on my own was the way to go, but the group setting is actually really great. Everybody knows when you’re alone is easy to do weights or workouts that are “comfortable” for you, but we all know you don’t get anywhere with that, and what I noticed here is that the coaches actually help you push beyond your comfort zone in a safe manner. I absolutely love this gym! From day one, I felt like I was part of a family. The sense of community here is truly unmatched. All of coaches and staff do an amazing job of motivating you, encouraging you to keep showing up, and even checking in on you when you’ve been away. That level of care means so much.
