Paid for a membership never used it because I was just was diagnosed with cancer plus pneumonia and hospitalized even though I have doctors note/documents and I was still refused a refund. Very disappointed.
ISI is great! Trainer's are top-tier and keep you motivated. A very encouraging environment and community of good people!
