I have been attending ISI for almost a year now! I recently took a class with coach Christian and he was awesome! He had a great playlist which made the workout even more fun. Definitely recommend this place!
I moved to the area recently and tried several gyms but decided to sign up with ISI Waxhaw after my first free session, for the following reasons. Clean facility, Friendly environment, Excellent trainers (modify as I need), great workout formats, they offer a lot of class times which fits my busy schedule, they have classes on weekend mornings, they have a kids play area (big bonus), they give you a cold towel to cool off after the workout which is awesome. I highly recommend ISI Elite Training.
These workouts have clicked for me. Great people, love the format of the workouts, clean facility. The staff here is friendly, encouraging, and very responsive. I had stopped lifting for a year before I joined so all fitness levels are truly welcome. The coaches are motivating but not pushy and do a great job correcting form in an easy to understand way. Highly recommend!
