I joined ISI® Elite Training in December 2022 and was on a month-to-month plan. During my time at the facility, I genuinely enjoyed the coaches and the workout sessions. The environment was positive and the training format was motivating. In December 2024, I was in a car accident that left me unable to safely participate in their high-intensity workouts.
