I was with ISI for probably quite a while, not sure of exactly timeline but hit 150+ classes. Great workout format, you get a lot of movement and work in those 45 minutes. When I first joined the coaches were stellar, atmosphere was stellar, loved going there. Unfortunately ISI is losing a star in my eyes because they can’t seem to keep coaches/staff around very long. ISI is where you want to come for a great workout with a group who is in it together! The friendly staff, the encouraging coaches & welcoming community leaves you happy each time you leave. Thanks ISI! I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!
