I originally had a frustrating experience with ISI regarding my membership cancellation and billing issues. Despite following the required steps, I was still being charged and had trouble reaching anyone for support. However, under the new ownership, everything has changed for the better. They took full accountability, resolved the issue quickly, and were professional and courteous throughout. The gym has always been a great place to train, and I’m happy to see it in good hands. I feel confident recommending ISI again.
I’m extremely disappointed with the way ISI has handled my membership cancellation. I followed their required 30-day notice to cancel and thought everything was taken care of, only to be auto-charged two months later. I emailed the gym with no response. I even reached out to an employee I personally know, and she claimed my membership was only "paused," which makes no sense because I was paying the full $160/month—there was nothing to "pause." Absolutely great place for workouts.
If you want to be surrounded by great friendly people as well as be in an environment where everybody is trying to push and better themselves everyday. This is the place to be. I don’t regret 1 second of this place.
