I truly love this place!! If you are looking for a gym that the only thing you have to do is show up and do the work, this is the place for you!! All instructors are amazing!!! It doesn’t matter your fitness level the more you come the stronger you become. I love the culture!!!
Typically I am intimidated and discourged by gyms, especially just starting out. However, I joined ISI in August 2024, and this gym has become a stress outlet, therapy session, and often just a highlight of my day. Everyeone here from the coachs to the other members are so supportive, both in your fitness goals and personally. I am not where I want to be yet, but the coaches push you to find the strength within yourself to keep you going and stay motivated. They truly want to see you suceeed. ISI has been a beacon of light for fitness friendship and community. It’s more than just a gym. I’ve only been a member for about 6 weeks and have already found this is my happy place. The sessions go by so fast, 50 minutes feels like 15 and I don’t want it to end! The staff passes us our cool towels to use when we stretch, and we always bring it into center as a “team”! And then take group photo highlighting the milestones of the team members that day. Love it so much! Thank you ISI family.
ISI Elite Lexington has changed my life. Until joining here, you would never hear the words " I love working out" exit my lips. Today, I say it with excitement!! Not only do I love working out, it is because of ISI! Thank you coach and my workout family!!!
