Great workout, a little different not HIT, but ABT what I need
I’ve been going to ISI for three weeks now, and I’m absolutely loving it! Every workout is a challenge in the best way possible. The trainers are incredibly motivating and know just how to push you to be your best without it ever feeling overwhelming. If you’re looking for a supportive, high-energy environment that will keep you motivated and accountable, ISI is it!
One of the best workouts you're going to get. There's no way I would push myself this hard on my own so working out with a group and a trainer everyday is a great option. What I love most about this, though, is that all of the trainers know you by name from day one. They literally have called me by name every single time they've seen me from the very first session.
