UPDATE 05/29/25 after three years ago, I am still in ISI. The members and coaches are amazing! But the new manager AMBER is weird, and is not kind to everybody or at least to me we feel her bad energy and fake smiles . And asked her how to freeze my account for two months for vacation and after that she comments that if I want to cancel my membership, I need to come back at least a month and after that I can cancel. I enjoyed the time I worked out at ISI elite training. I was enthusiastic about joining and signed up after my free trial. My life is different now, my fitness goals have changed and the location is no longer convenient. I went in person to cancel and the young lady at the desk said she had no access to cancel memberships. Hmmm 🤔, a little odd considering they are so quick to sign you up. I love the classes - the instructors are knowledgeable, engaging and encouraging; each day is a new and unique workout, so it never feels repetitive; they have a variety of times to fit just about any schedule; it is truly a team atmosphere; and I even feel welcome bringing my little(s). I highly recommend checking them out!
