love this place with every fiber in my being. The energy is high, the workouts are challenging, and the coaches are super caring and knowledgeable. I’ve never really been into group fitness classes, but since trying ISI, I’m totally hooked. The community here is amazing, and I’ve made some incredible connections with the members and staff. I can’t recommend this facility enough!
Spenser was my first coach when I started. 32 sessions later (as of today), I’m living life on the turf!! Thanks Coach!!
From my first day I felt so welcomed from the coach’s and front desk , they help walk you through your workout and give modifications if needed. Work outs are killer and every coach is phenomenal.
