An awesome way to bond with others and share a common objective. It fosters teamwork and a fun sense of rivalry. I can't praise ISI Dilworth enough, the owners and instructors are top-notch, creating a warm and inviting environment that embraces everyone. Plus, the workouts are absolutely fantastic!

Ive tried many different gyms at this point in my life and this experience was the best by far. The trainers show true passion for their craft and every time I attended a class I left feeling like I was pushed to give my all. The workouts are hard and unique, but possible when you put yourself to it. The coaches and people get you there! There's a sense of community and peers helping peers that is obviously immediately.
