I can’t say enough great things about ISI! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and motivated. The coaches and owners are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really take the time to make sure you’re getting the most out of each workout. ISI has changed my life in all the best ways. I have more strength, more flexibility, am more self disciplined and controlled, have better mental health, and more confidence. I joined about 3 months ago after a friend brought me. I have really enjoyed all the sessions and coaches. I feel like they really want everyone to succeed there! I love having this gym to challenge my routines and push me.
