I visited last week and did a class and it was sooo challenging but so fun! The ISI family is so encouraging and inspiring. I know it can be scary to go to a new gym, but everyone at ISI welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement. The coaches are able to modify any move to fit your needs and customize every workout! Phenomenal workout culture and programs. It has been great for all levels of fitness and the staff and coaches are very engaged and push you to be the best you can (or want) to be! Can’t say enough about this location but would highly recommend as the top spot in the Alamance area for sure.
Had a great workout with the whole family! We got to sweat together then be sore together! Staff was very welcoming and excited to lead us through the workout. Equipment was in great condition.
