Top shelf culture! From the ownership (Aeriel), to the staff (Morgan), to the session leadership (Tyree). Aeriel is an outstanding owner operator and her team understands the assignment. I visited last week and did a class and it was sooo challenging but so fun! The ISI family is so encouraging and inspiring. I know it can be scary to go to a new gym, but everyone at ISI welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement. The coaches are able to modify any move to fit your needs and customize every workout! Phenomenal workout culture and programs. It has been great for all levels of fitness and the staff and coaches are very engaged and push you to be the best you can (or want) to be! Can’t say enough about this location but would highly recommend as the top spot in the Alamance area for sure.
