Top shelf culture! From the ownership (Aeriel), to the staff (Morgan), to the session leadership (Tyree). Aeriel is an outstanding owner operator and her team understands the assignment. Greeted at the door, you are welcomed with a sense of belonging and feeling of connection. Tyree was my coach for today’s upper body session. I visited last week and did a class and it was sooo challenging but so fun! The ISI family is so encouraging and inspiring. I know it can be scary to go to a new gym, but everyone at ISI welcomed me with open arms and zero judgement. The coaches are able to modify any move to fit your needs and customize every workout!
