The people answering the phone at this company are about as helpful as a teenager on a Saturday morning. They require money up front for a service call to make sure they get paid but in return they offer nothing as far as communication or pleasantries. Too big to fail? Larger companies have bitten the dust and it starts with bad customer service. Houston and Dallas branches both offer the same single star service. Unbelievable!
