I can't thank the team at Industrial Service & Installation (ISI) enough. We had a large machine delivered today without the resources to unload. ISI broke into their schedule on a Friday afternoon and brought in the heavy equipment necessary to unload and put into place. The team is very safety conscious, professional and hard working. To start off with the management is horrible with Eric Allen. He was absolutely horrible and rude to my staff. He came in to do a bid. Will never ever work with ISI Inc. Again. Not just him but the owners are horrible to work with. I had to hire another company to fix what they screwed up. Bad company and Bad management.
The little leprechaun guy that runs the service department does not care about families or if you have kids. He doesn’t want you wasting company money but he wants you to stay on site and “milk the clock” even when the jobs is done. Nothing anyone does will make him happy.
Absolutely the worst experience i have ever had at a job in my life... i worked in service, the manager either likes you or he doesn't, the employees steal from the ups buildings and the manager creates a hostile work environment... the owners are great, just stay out of service if you want a long career
