I recently came across concerning information about Dr. Ishwari Prasad, a gastroenterologist in Tampa, FL. I've been trying to get my records for weeks. No answer. No idea how this place is even open.
I had a colonoscopy 2 1/2 years ago and need to follow up. No one ever answers phone, no recording, gone there twice and no one is there. Need records trying to get from surgical center and advised he no longer practices there.
Don’t recommend! Look for another Dr. My father had a medical procedure scheduled and never received a cancellation phone call. When I called to verify his appointment for the next day, the lady on the phone was rude and wouldn’t let me speak. My father had been on a liquid diet for this procedure for two whole days, which is a frustrating to know it was all for nothing. The lady stated to have called several time and left a voice message. I check all the phone and no missed called nor message where left!!
