She takes long wait time is incorrect, my husband had a schedule appointment at 130 and he didn't get seen until 6pm some how he became the last patient to leave it was very upsetting and they blamed him, receptionist advised him to leave for an hour because she was still with her 2 o'clock appt. I don't know how that happened his appointment was still earlier, we left for 30 minutes and they said because he left he was going to have to wait, that wait was until he was the last patient.
Dr. Siddiqui is always kind, caring, and diligent. She makes sure that every one of my problems is attended to and gets back to me quickly (within a week) regarding medical results and tests. I don't feel like just another patient; I actually feel like she is invested in my health.
Dr. Siddiqui is friendly and down to earth. I like my interactions with her. I have seen a pattern of her making a lot of referrals. I also wish that she would approve prescriptions for more than six months at a time. It is burdensome and expensive to have to return to see her to simply get a new prescription since she doesn't seem to want to write one for a 12 month interval. Rio Grande Medical needs to invest more money in their equipment. EKG machines should not be broken!
