I was schedule today to see Dr. Malik today at 9:30 and when I arrived they noticed they "doubled booked" her. The 1st receptionist said,"Natalie did it Again" (idk who Natalie is) meaning whoever booked me had made this error a few times prior I'm guessing. The receptionist proceeded to call the next door rep. The next door rep said someone's else's name (I think she said Malorie/Melanie, I am not quite sure) and said, if she approve it that means is good.
