This dentists here are great, however, it always turns out, that at each visit, even with insurance, my family always incurs extra charges and working out the finances with the front office gal, is very difficult. We have spent much more with having to get braces, so when trying to arrange appointments, payment arrangements, there is resistance, The front desk gal, shows no empathy, as though she were the tax collector.
The Front Office Staff are rude, with very poor customer service. Dr. Ishioka is great with children and parents. But it is not worth the trouble to see Dr. Ishioka, DDS.
Dr. Ishioka and Dr. Pai have been our dentists for over a year and they and their office staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. For children, Dr. Ishioka and her staff are amazing with children of all ages and combine a deep expertise with a bright and cheerful environment. Dr. Pai is equally good in dealing with adult patients. A couple of things to note is that they are not part of any dental plan's network, so they will be considered out of network providers.
