My family has had a wonderful experience with this therapy team. Three of my children work with an occupational therapist, two with a speech therapist, and two with a physical therapist. The staff goes out of their way to coordinate appointments so that we spend as little time as possible at the clinic. They are attentive, responsive, and always willing to explain my children’s progress. The daily updates they provide help me stay informed and confident in the care my children are receiving.
I do not usually write negative reviews, but unfortunately, they earned this. The owner refused to return my phone calls, and when we got referrals sent over, she refused to take my children on as clients because of a past due bill, allegedly. When I tried to call and resolve the issue, they refused to even answer or respond, and I only found this out through my children's PCP. I then used my children's education funds to pre-purchase therapy, and when I tried to call regarding this, again the owner, Anne, ignored me and ref... read more
We’ve had an amazing experience at iShine. From the moment we walked in, the staff made both my child and me feel welcomed, supported, and understood. The therapists are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about each child’s progress.
