I came here awhile back to get my carpets shampooed and they did a decent job. Today, I went out of town to the beach with my 2 dogs, husband, and daughter, and my poor car paid for it…Sand and dog hair all over…I came back here today as soon as I got into town. Came on July 14 as seen on the creation of the note time stamp to ask a cashier what if I want to cancel it He said your trial was with 1 month purchase so you have to keep for 1 month more and pay for a month which I agreed to and guy said come before aug 18 Today is Aug 17 and I am already charged for it today 3 am where it was supposed to be renewed tomorrow according to guy I talked to because I can’t see their computer screen I followed And now they already charged and denied me a refund Scammers

I wish I could give a good review but I had a terrible experience. I'm got my car detailed today and when I checked the job just the be sure it was completely done, I found a few areas of concern. There was water marks on the plastic all around the vehicle, there was still dirt between the seats, center controls, and on the dash. They also stole the change I keep in my center console in the coin holder (about 3 to 4 dollars worth). My car was in a desperate need of some TLC. So I decided go try out IShine on Grand Parkway. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Claudia who was professional and extremely helpful. She was able to provide me with the best package for my car which included all of the major areas I was concerned about. I was looking for a high-end detailed job.
