I took my car a week ago.. and it came out with stripes.. I don’t recommend entering there.. I filled out a form that was useless because they didn’t want to answer me for the damage

No vayan nunca ahí, mi esposo lavó el carro ahí y al salir de la máquina me di cuenta que una lámina del carro se había levantado, lo reportamos con el personal encargado, dijeron que se harían responsables que llenara un formulario y su respuesta a los 2 días porque fuimos a preguntar, porque ni siquiera tuvieron la decencia de llamarnos, fue que no se iban a hacer responsables porque el carro era del 2020 y ellos solo cubren daño de carros 2024 porque estamos en el 2025, el resto de los carros no.. dema... read more

I really wanted to like this place. I've had 3 cars detailed in the last 2 years and only 1 of them has been good. This will be the last time I go there unfortunately since the quality is so inconsistent. This most recent time I had my interior detailed with the seats shampooed. After the seats have dried a day later, they look so much worse than the minor stains i brought them in for. There are huge water stains on the 2 front seats and some minor water stains on the back seats. Every single seat has a water stain that look... read more
