I recently took my vehicle to iShine Express Car Detail in Katy. I could not be more pleased with the results. The team did an outstanding job from top to bottom. They thoroughly cleaned and shampooed the entire interior, removing dog hair, stain and buildup that had accumulated over time. The exterior finish was equally impressive, leaving my vehicle with a crisp, deep shine that looked better than it has in years. Did a great job on the interior - had to update: I was very impressed on first, however, after careful check found out that they forgot to clean up between the seats and even vacuum over there. Unfortunately, because of that the whole area is again in crumbs. Unfortunately forgot to clean the bed(Truck), but it partly my fault since I didn’t leave it open. Overall 3.5/5 experience, for 75 minutes that took them to clean the truck - far from fantastic job.

We had just moved to the area and I brought my car in for a detail and carpet shampoo. In the process they mangled the dash cam on our back window to the point I have to take it in for repairs, they somehow messed up the hotspot on our car so it no longer works (I have to take it in for that as well) and the chemicals they used to clean it made the dashboard material wavy and warped. We paid a lot for the cleaning and now have repairs on top of that.
