Rosenberg location still smells like a septic tank have reported it several times nothing happened just more excuses!!!!!!!
I have been coming to this location for a couple of years but recently in June 2021 an employee broke my Mercedes symbol by leaning it back and trying to tape it down and it broke off. I filed the incident report & have yet to hear back from corporate, the supervisor or the manager over this location! Very unprofessional and do not handle responsibility well. I will never return and contemplating legal matters if I do not hear back within the next week.
Lil Josh on the Westheimer location gave me excellent service. He was professional, got me in early and out looking clean. This location has an organized staff and they are more coordinated than their other locations. I will be coming to this location more often.
