I recently visited for a full body waxing session, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had so far. The staff was extremely professional, polite, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The environment was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, which made the whole experience even better. The service was done with great care and attention to detail. Loved the privacy and the attention to detail. The private setting made the whole experience so relaxing. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Di has a warm and genuinely caring nature. Experience was top notch. Highly recommended 👍

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Ish. I reached exactly at the committed time, yet she made me wait unnecessarily and because of that, I got late to my party. She is not at all a professional makeup artist but still charged me more than what we had initially agreed upon. She ruined my entire party look. The foundation shade she used was completely wrong, my face looked cakey, patchy, and mismatched. She didn’t contour or use a highlighter, and when I pointed it out, she refused to fix it.
