Still my favorite gym and trainer of all time!! Ish ensures every client has custom workouts, achievable goals, the basics-and beyond- of good nutrition. It’s a family friendly atmosphere where both owner and clients encourage and support each other!
I am extremely happy with the decision to join Ish Fitness. The 24x7 access is a huge plus for those whose work or personal schedules require flexibility. Ish is achieving his goal of creating a community, a place where people get to know, share goals, and fitness tips. This gym resembles a family. Ish has done an exceptional job in establishing a safe and welcoming space to exercise in. This may not appear to be a big deal; however, starting a fitness journey can be quite intimidating and a genuinely vulnerable experience. Everyone is so accepting and warm that you feel right at home. The equipment is great, the gym is never overly crowded, and the owner of the gym is awesome.
