I want to be transparent about my experience. This review was posted after consulting with an attorney. Gene, the owner, appears to be personable, but there were numerous mistakes during and after the project that I found unacceptable and unprofessional. The job I needed done was on the smaller side but they treated me like a big customer. They understood what I needed done and made it happen. They went above and beyond, including staying late and cleaning up after the job was done. Roman, the operator and Dylan, the helper were awesome. They offered great suggestions that saved me money in the long run.
