I will save you the lengthy story of how he’s made me and my family’s life a living heck for the past 6 months and just say do not use this accountant. You’re better off learning how to do it yourself. Highly unprofessional, behind the times, and you’ll probably have to end up doing your taxes yourself anyway. I do not recommend. Their system was hacked this past tax year, which I understand is out of their control. But the way he handled was wrong. He did nothing to reassure it would be okay. Our information was stolen and now our taxes are in limbo. It’s a mystery if the irs even received our taxes. Do not go here for your taxes.
We recently moved to the area and had some questions about our tax situation as Illinois and Missouri do things a bit differently than what we're used to. Mike and his staff took great care of us after meeting us in person. Their online tools were super easy to use for uploading our documents.
Michael has taken good care of us for several years. Always been satisfied.
