Faulty heat tape. Could have killed my children and I. Thank you Lord that we were not home!! The home was built in 2021 too. This is after they drilled through my propane line getting the house on too. Never buy from this place !!
I don’t know about the homes but their LeMars “office” isn’t an office but just the location of the trailer park their homes are at. Their number also didn’t work. Strange as a few years ago their old Sioux City office they said they were just moving. Seems like they shut down.
