Absolutely pathetic. Donna is absolutely pathetic. They will not disclose to the buyers of Maitland Road that There is encroachment issues and there is no fence going up. I hope they see this. Definitely do not go with this quick sale real estate agent is a joke. There will be no fence going up so I hope the new buyers see this oh yes I will be coming in on Monday see u then and I hope you disclose to the buyers there has been a Tenantin this house since 2023 And has got a lease agreement
