this doc ask for uncalled things. she’s rude and unprofessional. her staff is good but her as a doctor i don’t recommend. this lady like to do procedures you’re not there for.
I came in as a first time patient to see Miss Segura . My Insurance doesn't cover the Eagle Pass area She made it affordable so I could get my refills * She was attentive and listened to my health concerns.
Took my mom they don’t let you in to accompany them They are older patients what is wrong with them Dr didn’t listen to what my mom tells her I know the dr is young but she needs lots more experience
Little patience with the elderly; gives impression in a hurry to move to next patient; sets up unnecessary Televisits, sometimes without consent, which questions her interest to over-profit from Medicare/Medicaid; difficult to get point across due to unprofessionally speaking over the customer; disconnects phone calls when having a bad day.
Called the office on Wednesday about four times in a row and no one answered. It was around 2pm. I called today (Friday at 430pm) and no one answered again. I literally called 3 times and the first two times I let the phone ring for a whole minute, which is a very long time when you're at an office. The third time I called, not even the receptionist that transfers the calls to each provider's office answered. I need medicine for my daughter and I can't get it because they never answer the phone.
