The receptionists are always friendly, and they ensure we feel comfortable throughout our visits. It’s an optical shop we can truly trust with our family's eye care, and our family have complete confidence in their service.
Staff members are friendly and approachable. The optical clinic also displays a wide variety of unique spectacle styles that are not offered in other practices. The optometrist listened to my concerns and inquiries with patience and understanding. The front desk team members were polite and offered adjustments to my new spectacles without hesitation.
