There is a disparity between what they say in the sales process and the final product you get. I would strongly recommend getting every product feature in writing! They were the lowest price bid, and now I know why! The tech who installed the security was nice.
Very disappointed with my experience. The cameras and app I received were not what the salesman led me to believe I was purchasing. It felt like they simply told me what I wanted to hear to make the sale. Communication was poor, and overall the company did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend them.
Mike was the tech assigned to service my system, he was obviously a journeyman trained tech. The issues that he solved was not simple by no means. It took him trial and error until it was resolved. Based on the trouble shooting he preformed, the amount of time to resolve problem was minimal. ISecure got my system up and running, better than it than before. Thank You, Mike.
They were able to come out the next day and sync the modems/routers so we can have remote access to the security system. Great job, Michael!
