If I could give them zero stars, I would. Awful customer service. They charged my credit card but never sent the order. All of their phone numbers are fake

Fantastic skincare products that deserves all of its technical credit. However, the shipping department at Isdin is not great at all. I put in an order for 3 of the Eryfotona Ageless (100 ml) and two sample sizes (2ml) received only one of each instead. Quality assurance by the shipping department is not good at all. Buy from a store and not from their website.
