I cannot believe this transportation. They had the nerve to deny one little ask that previous driver has been doing for the longest. The temperature is negative and my niece is not even 5. You really going to just change the bus stop location without any heads up or notifications of any kind!? Are we not human anymore? Are we just working to get paid? Where is the leadership? You've got to be kidding me! Do better!

Are you kidding me?! 622 Transportation is an absolute disaster. My child, who is only in pre-K, was still on the bus when they suddenly changed the drop-off location at the last second. Then they had the nerve to call and refuse to come down the cul-de-sac, leaving us with the ultimatum to either fetch our child ourselves or let her walk from the end of the block all alone. They changed my preschooler's drop off location without notifying us and while she was still on the bus coming home. They don't seem to care too much about the safety of kids. Parents, please stay vigilant!

This company is horrible. My 7 years old daughter is fearing the bus because the ad put his hands on my child and when I ask my daughter to check on her brother the driver told my daughter to shut up. These people telling me they have to wait for the bus to come back once that happen after the drop the bus should be brought back right away you have issues going on .
