I highly recommend not going to these guys this is the worst customer service. I have ever experienced Their lack of communication to me is appalling. After paying for my parts of $400, no tracking number was provided after calling and emailing asking how long 2 weeks was the only response scooter went in on late October parts was ordered early December apparently still haven’t received them as of end of January
Excellent service and very knowledgeable
I cancelled my order before dispatch after iScoot confirmed they could not deliver within the agreed timeframe. The cancellation was acknowledged and refund processing was discussed. Despite this, the item was dispatched the following day after cancellation, without my authorisation. I immediately contacted iScoot to arrange return of the unused item.
