Very annoyed was promised my v3 fat boy in January nothing showed up had to call was told mid Feb nothing had to call then was told late April so cancelled order was told I get full refund in 5 to 10 days been 17 days now still no refund email iscoot 8 times phone number been disconnected says calling out of business hours next step talking legal action and contacting fair training DO NOT BUY FROM THEM ITS ALL LIES AND NO COMMUNICATION
I am so upset with IScoot - DO NOT TRUST THEM. I have wanted an electric bike for months and months and I was finally getting one but they have taken our money and said its coming, but now they are ignoring our calls, texts and emails. We went to the shop today hoping someone might be there but they are all locked up and have cameras onsite. Do the right thing and provide the product or a refund
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. Read the reviews and see that the physical store has closed at Slacks Creek and “gone online” but so many people, us included, have been scammed out of thousands and thousands of dollars. They take your money and then don’t provide the product ordered.

Absolutely not happy at all with the lack of customer service - purchased a bike online after several discussions with staff member, told the one we wanted was not available in store and was online order to come from warehouse. Ordered on Sunday, called on Tuesday as we had heard nothing, received no email communication. To be told that it will be 1-2 weeks wait. Told we would receive an email about the order.
