I love our iSCAN. It's always my go to tool when I need quick data, coding and road test information. The Support on Demand is a great option if you don't have the luxury of factory tooling for every brand that you service. iSCAN has made a vast impact on my overall productivity. The iSCAN Technical Training events that they put on are also top notch! Great company to do business with.
I purchased the NX tool for its advertised Mercedes support, but the experience was frustrating. The tech initially responded quickly to help program a 2015 Sprinter CDI controller, but after several failed attempts and missed follow-ups, nothing was resolved. I had to chase them down, and ultimately another company completed the same job in just 20 minutes. Atlantic Euro Cars has been using our Iscan now for 2 plus years. It is the best tool we have and it has helped us diagnose tons of Euro make problems. We are a small Euro Shop in rural Canada and the I Scan’s Support on Demand service is invaluable to providing with both programming and diagnostic assistance in the shop. As a user for many years, the SF is surprisingly capable. I know it's strengths are Euro but it's great on Asian and decent on Domestic as well. Support is top notch and has helped me out of a jam more than once. Overall a great company that's easy to work with. I even have their power supply! 5 stars!!
Mega Happy with my SF and support team SOD(SERVICE ON DEMAND) is outstanding every time I use them. No Contenders, I have Autel and Topdon and wait for support with them is an impossible mission. Iscan never let me wait longer the an hour and time is money. Love them.
