If I could leave the his company a 0, I would. My bathroom is like 6x2ft and it took them 6 weeks to complete. Mind you, I was living in a hotel with two toddlers, and my Dad died during this entire process. They still continued to drag their feet through the mud. I’m not happy with my results. My toilet is not flush to the wall, and it was before construction. I 100% do not recommend this company.
Bad People ! Terrible owner!
I had a flood in my townhouse that affected all levels of my home. I chose ISC Services who was referred by my insurance company. Tony, my project manager, took the time to explain everything that would happen in the process of mitigation, restoration, and repair. He was very understanding of my schedule and was willing to accommodate anything that I needed. The entire crew he sent during my project was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the work. Horrible company do not hire. They were referred by my insurance company after a vehicle hit my house. They didn't follow insurance recommendations and just tried to repair damage as cheap as they could. They just put a "bandaid" on what was there. 7 months later they rebilled my insurance for more money for fraudulent services. Now they are demanding that I pay my deductible for shoddy work. Also note that any good reviews are from employees.
