Horrible Customer service . I ordered about 7 boxes of filters and one box of them was incorrect. I asked to return it, which they refused. I asked if they could send a replacement - refused. I asked if they would waive shipping if I ordered a replacement (I had not paid shipping on any of the other boxes to this point as it was a very large order and waived) and THEY REFUSED THAT. I asked to speak with management - still nothing. This company does not deserve to be in business.
