David was prompt, thorough, and very informative. He explained things in a way that my wife and I understood, and gave us clearly-articulated instructions in how to best address what turned out to be a much less involved foundation issue than we initially expected. Don't go straight to the foundation companies, talk to an unbiased professional like David first, you might be very pleasantly surprised by what you learn about your home. Thanks to David and his wife for a pleasant experience from start to finish!

David is an excellent inspector and a true professional. If you are thinking about getting your foundation looked at, call David first. Unlike foundation repair companies, Isbon Engineering has no incentive to sell you unnecessary, high-priced services. He will give you a fair and honest evaluation with his professional recommendations to follow. I highly recommend his services and will hire him again if we ever have to move.

Being a realtor, I've called on David & Diana for years. Not only do they know what they are doing, they have no vested interest in a foundation company which ensures me & my clients will get an objective opinion. David is the most knowledgeable engineer I've ever met - will recommend exactly what type of pier should be installed depending on the area soil. He is very affordable, too, plus he does all the inspections himself and will not send an "engineer in training" to take measurements.

I will be recommending Isbon Engineering LLC to friends and family. This husband and wife team are friendly and prompt during the scheduling process. On the day of David Isbon, P.E., arrived on time. After completing his internal and external inspection and measurements, he explained his drawling and observations to me. Then, he permitting me to ask him lots of questions about the current state, warning signs to monitor for, and how to maintain our current state. For that, I am most grateful.
