Very disappointed with this commercial truck repair shop. The prices were extremely overpriced compared to other shops, and the charges were not clearly explained. It felt like they were adding extra costs unnecessarily. On top of that, the owner’s behavior was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of treating customers with respect, they showed bad attitude and poor communication. As a truck owner/driver, time and trust are very important, and unfortunately this shop failed in both.
