I generally don't enjoy leaving bad reviews, but this time I have to. I brought my car into the shop June 16th, they promised it back the same day, which didn't happen. I came back the next day, got my brakes changed and O2 sensors replaced. Immediately I noticed they did not tighten my lug nuts down on my tire, which is extremely dangerous. Looking for a new mechanic in Oregon City? Me too. This ain't the one - can't be hard to find a better shop since Isa's does such a mediocre job. Extremely poor communication from start to finish. Zero phone calls or questions for me throughout the whole process. Didn't complete simple oil change tasks that even Jiffy Lube makes sure to finish.
