My company used Cascadas Ballroom for our expo. We thought that having the expo outside of a hotel would be less expensive and offer us more options. We were beyond wrong. We we're given a one price at the signing of the contract and the day before the expo I ended up paying just over $600 more that the price quoted because they never included tax in the price they put on the contract and didn't put the exact event time on the contract so I have to pay for more hours.
