I've been taking my truck to Isanti Tire & Auto for years and have always had flawless service. I went in today to talk to them about issues with my most recent visit. They not only informed me the tech who worked on my truck was no longer employed there but they sincerely apologized, offered to reimburse me and gave me a card for a free oil change next time. The guys at Isanti Tire & Auto are shining examples of small town friendly customer service and truly care about their customers!
Oil change prices are high. 98.00 $ with no filters changed out. I kind of was in shock but didn't question it. Other than that trustworthy and respectful.
