Sent flowers to my mom for her birthday. Not sure how they turned out but my mom said they were so pretty! Online ordering was easy and they delivered the next day.

I ordered the deluxe version of the Bright and Sassy floral arrangement for delivery as a birthday gift, but the arrangement was not as expected. This is what I ordered (standard version, as shown on their website) and this is what was delivered. The deluxe version was supposed to include “additional flowers to enhance the bouquet”. I called and spoke to Sue to explain my concerns, but all she did was argue with me, claim that the recipient must have removed some of the flowers and then hung up on me. Sue has been there for our family on more than one occasion - creating floral arrangements that spoke encouragement and support during very difficult times. For Sue - what she does is not a job…. It’s an outreach and ministry to others. She has this gift to somehow capture just what you need in your given circumstance and she cares passionately about what she is doing. And she has carefully selected her employees to share in that passion.
